No candidate can work for STS unless they meet all the requirements. Once approved, STS will load the substitute into the district's Aesop system for placement. Our staff is comprised of dedicated men and women who will go the distance to make sure you get the personnel you need, when you need them.


It's easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Your teacher reports the absence to Aesop via the telephone or Internet.
2. Aesop finds a qualified substitute from the STS pool for your absent teacher.
3. Aesop notifies your school of the absence and the substitute replacement.

STS compensates each substitute at a rate set by the school district and bills the district only for successfully filled positions.
