STS recruits educational professionals ranging from newly graduated teachers, individuals seeking a career change, or certified retirees. Our recruiting efforts have resulted in a recruit pool of over 7,000 qualified teachers and support staff at any given time.

STS works in conjunction with the Department of Education to ensure that the professional staff we hire meet all of the requirements necessary for teaching and working in Pennsylvania school districts. We source candidates from colleges, universities, and major education job fairs to ensure a constant supply of highly qualified professionals. We cultivate strong relationships with our partner school districts to better understand their unique staffing requirements, while our team of former educators, administrators, and business professionals ensures that every substitute teacher and paraprofessional we place is the best possible match.

Our Operations

Headquartered in Aston, Pennsylvania, STS conducts business in over 80 school districts across the Commonwealth. Additionally, we have a Regional Office in Lancaster County and satellite recruiting offices throughout the state. Our offices are open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
