How do I turn off the phone calls in Frontline?
STS cannot turn off the calling feature for Frontline. There is an option to turn off your calls, but if you make that selection and do not accept an assignment for that day, you may receive phone calls in the morning from the automated system. Frontline: Once logged in, you will see 3 calendars, underneath that will be 4 tabs. Click on Non-Work Days, click on the Add Non-Work Day button. You can then enter the days you are unavailable. You can also add a reason if you wish, but it is not required.
Red Rover: Click on My Schedule, then click on Manage Availability. If it’s the same day of the week that you are unavailable, you can change that in the recurring availability. If they are random days, you can add it into the non-recurring event. You can also add a reason if you wish, but it is not required.
