    • The Spring-Ford Area School District appreciates the excellent customer service provided by STS.  The team at STS understands the needs of school districts and works hard to meet those needs. They are quick to respond to requests and questions, and always in a pleasant professional manner. Perhaps the best example I can provide that exemplifies the level of customer service is this -  I attended a job fair on a Friday afternoon and asked the recruiter from STS about substitute incentives.  First thing on Monday morning, she connected with JR and by 8:30 a.m. JR contacted me to schedule a time to discuss some ideas. By the next day, we had a plan in place.  That’s the level of customer service they provide.
